In order for Heartland to process your loan application in a timely and efficient manner, we will need the following information as soon as possible:

W-2's for the last 2 years: 2008 & 2009

Self Employed or has Investments: Last 2 years Tax Returns

One month consecutive paycheck stubs

Complete bankruptcy papers

Landlord's name, address and phone number

Copy of your Social Security card & Copy of Picture ID.

Three months most recent bank statements for all accounts & any and all financial Accounts (All Pages)

Copy of all mortgage coupons or statements
