A LITTLE BIT ABOUT HEARTLAND MORTGAGE:

 

At Heartland Mortgage, our two main goals in any transaction are:

 

1) to create a competitive environment that forces capital sources to compete for     the borrower's loan and

2) to manage the transaction workflow so the borrower can focus on executing     their business plans.

 

     Banks are constrained by loan products and underwriting guidelines that don't necessarily fit the borrower's needs. The Bank's loan officers are incentivized to maximize profits while pushing as much of the risk as possible onto the borrower. Banks also force borrowers through a variety of hoops and typically provide only limited assistance managing transaction workflow.

     Heartland's approach is fundamentally different. Our fiduciary obligation is to you, the borrower. Since we are not limited by our affiliation with any one bank, we are able to present your loan to a broad spectrum of potential capital sources and secure the best terms and pricing that the market can offer. Equally important, Heartland remains very much involved in the transaction, sharing the burden of collecting and processing information, coordinating third party reports and driving towards a smooth and successful close.

 

 

A little bit about Kathy Boyer:

 

Kathy Boyer is a licensed real estate broker that has been in the mortgage business since 1981 and has worked in all aspects of finance. 

She started out as a secretary for Union Home Loans and learned the MORTGAGE business to become a top producer.  For 14 years worked as a Retail loan officer helping clients purchase a home, refinance their home, or help investor’s with their investments such as Commercial buildings, Mult-unit, Church’s, or Construction loans.

In 1995, she switched gears and was hired as a Branch Manager and specialized working on the “wholesale” side of the business.  In this position, she worked with Real Estate agents and Real Estate Mortgage brokers helping them close their loans whether it was for purchasing or refinancing of single family residences up to 4 units.  Working with a multimillion dollar company, she was hands on from the beginning process of the loan to working directly with the document department to the funding department to make sure the clients loans closed in a timely and smooth manner.

Heartland Mortgage has been in business since 1987, but in 2007, Kathy came in to expand the company and to help customers in the Glendora community and surrounding area.  Since her time at Heartland, they got FHA approved, VA approved and have maintained their motto, “SERVICE WITH A HEART” by providing the customers with honesty, integrity and the best pricing available in the market.

We deal with direct lenders all over the nation instead of just one lender which gives the client an advantage because we shop all lenders to give our client the very best service and rate.  When the client receives the GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE from us, WE ARE NOT HIDING ANY FEES, like other companies tend to do.
